By accessing and using LeapNodes's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Permission is granted to temporarily use LeapNodes's services for personal or commercial business purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service.
• You must not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• You must comply with WhatsApp's terms of service and business policies.

3. Service Description

LeapNodes provides WhatsApp Automation & AI Communication Systems including but not limited to automated messaging, chatbot creation, workflow automation, and customer support tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

5. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeapNodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
